Seven years ago Nicholas co-founded and has since been a Director of Strategy at Regeneration, a consultancy focused on using value innovation (the tools of Blue Ocean Strategy) to help organizations innovate. He has worked in a variety of industries, including hotel, pharmaceutical, banking, chemical and flour milling to name a few. Additionally, Nicholas’s work has taken him to 32 countries from Europe, to Asia, the Middle East, Sub-Sahara Africa to the Americas. Nicholas’ next project is to begin in South Africa. By way of background, Nicholas worked for two venture capital funds before completing his MBA, which lead him to start Strategy Regeneration.
