Tim West is a cereal entrepreneur who believes that the best food comes from people, not supermarkets. His passion for locally sourced food and sustainable farming led him to the Culinary Institute of America, where he was a founding member of the Chefs Sustaining Agriculture Club.
Tim continued to hone his knowledge of raw and organic foods at the Esalen Institute and even helped open Café 6 at the Facebook headquarters in Palo Alto, California.
Cerealize is the only website that will allow you to purchase your own custom cereal creations with a personally designed box. The concept won the 2012 SXSW Start-Up Bus Competition and is set to launch in 2013.
